Weather Forecast from the Met Office:  (More forecasts, on the links, below left)

-Today:
Increasing cloud will quickly bring thundery showers from the south giving occasional heavy downpours. Becoming drier and brighter from late afternoon onwards with a pleasantly warm end to the day. Maximum temperature 23 °C.
Tonight:
A largely dry, warm and bright evening. Then most places dry and clear overnight. Some mist patches may form in sheltered valleys with light winds. Minimum temperature 13 °C.
Saturday:
There will be bright or sunny spells during the day, but with increasing cloud at times. A few showers will develop by midday possibly heavy with local thunder. Maximum temperature 23 °C.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Continuing with the showery theme through the period with bright or sunny periods and occasional heavy showers. Feeling fresher as winds veer northwesterly by Tuesday.
UK Outlook for Tuesday 7 Jul 2009 to Thursday 16 Jul 2009:
Pressure is expected to be low to the north and northeast of the UK and high to the southwest for much, if not all, of this forecast period. Most places will have sunshine and showers on each day. Showers should be generally light and passing across southwestern areas, but across northern and eastern parts, some showers are likely to become heavy during afternoons and evenings with a risk of thunder. Towards the end of next week, drier weather across southwestern areas may spread further northeastwards for a time, before showery west or northwesterly winds become established again for the following week. Temperatures rather below average at first should rise to near normal or just above, so with strong sunshine between some of the showers, it should feel warm at times.-
